Posisi dan Persyaratan :

VAC5263 - Customer Operation Assistance

1. Design the network configuration based on customer requirement
2. Implementation the design of network refer to customers final requirement
3. Coordinate with sales engineering, sales and other supporting functions in delivering the network
4. Coordinate with Resource Management to ensure the capacity & equipment availability
5. Coordinate with technical operation team during the provisioning activities
6. Coordinate with external parties & vendor to support the provisioning activities
7. Coordinate with building management to get the permit and complete the internal wiring installation
8. Supporting network configuration setting for the testing and integration
9. Intensive coordination with customer during the provisioning activities
10. Prepare the handover proses (to customer and operation)
11. Evaluate and increase customer experience to full fill target of CSAT

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree is preferable Background in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Engineering
2. Deep understanding in the Telecommunication Infrastructure and Applications
3. Good knowledge of network environments and concepts such as SDH, TCP/IP, routers, switches, wireless transmission

Experience:

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in technical aspect of telecommunication area.
2. Experience in Project Management is preferred
